Home Construction Industry Group – Welcome to the Sector Spin with Terry. In this video series, I share with you what I’m watching each week in various Sector industry subgroups. This week, I’m going to take a look at the Home Construction industry group of the Consumer Discretionary Sector. Demand for new homes is near all-time highs, and while interest rates may be on the rise, they are still at multi-generational low levels. Another risk that this industry faces is the rising cost of lumber and other building materials. Nevertheless, let’s take a technical analysis look at this group which is sporting leading characteristics.
