Sector Spin – Residential REITs

Welcome to the Sector Spin with Terry. In this video series, I share with you what I’m watching each week in various Sector industry subgroups. This week, I’m going to take a look at stocks in the Residential REITs industry subgroup of the Real Estate Sector. Real Estate is currently in the Improving Quadrant and has been relatively underperforming the benchmark S&P since late 4Q 2019 where it last entered the Lagging Quadrant. Since then, it has been doing its rotations and staying mostly to the left of the center. However, recently, an interesting pattern is emerging in this group that is worth further investigation.
