Technically, the trade isn’t a backratio. It is rather a front ratio. A backratio is where you would sell the lower strike call and BUY more of the higher strike calls. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Nah you’re right, Richard. I mixed it up in my mind as it’s also like a bear call ladder, so I associate back spread and bear call. But catch, it’s a front spread.
