Member’s Video for Monday, February 5th, 2018

Is this THE top in the market or another short-term head fake lower similar to the taper tantrum several years back?  We’ll let the support levels outlined in the SPX and NDX make that decision for us.  Big day on CNBC tomorrow as well…

Member questions that will be answered on Tuesday’s video:

Questions from support tickets:

Jason Schulz: Are butterflies and veritcals both generally designed for sideways movement within their optimal bell curve range or are verticals more directional in nature?

Questions from the comment sections of recent daily member videos:

Bruno: On the GOOGL butterfly, what’s the reason for being flat before expiration and closing individual legs? What is the downside in letting the puts be exercised Saturday because they are offsetting and one should just lose the max at risk when the trade was initiated. Is it a cash flow/settlement issue?

Dmitri Savine: How do we close a GOOGL butterfly? A limit order? Were you filled?

In trading Forex, using Fib analysis (and now learning to Master Elliot wave with your course) what is the best way to trade? To enter in Trades, using limit orders lets say at various Fib levels, when I do my research at night, or is it better to enter orders as the markets unfolds in front of you in relation to Fib levels? I am trading full time now, but days like today (5th February,2018)make me question if having orders placed already is a wise thing as many of my Fib orders hit and then went through stops before hitting another Fib and repeating.
